Janet Jackson Reveals Weightloss Secret
Newly svelte star Janet Jackson has revealed the secret behind her dramatic weightloss – she stopped eating out.
The singer lost 60 pounds in four months in preparation for her new album, after originally piling on the weight for an aborted ‘movie role’.
Jackson says the secret to her diet success was her ban on rich restaurant food. Well, that and a gruelling six-day-a-week exercise regime with personal trainer Tony Martinez.
She tells US Weekly, “I didn’t eat out. Well, once I’d seen a little change, I cheated here and there. I would go out with my friends and have sushi. But I couldn’t have my soul food and pasta.”
