Anna Nicole Smith Sued Over Weight-Loss Drug
Anna Nicole Smith is to be pulled into court again, this time over the weight-loss supplement that she helps to promote.
Three Los Angeles women have filed a suit against Anna and TrimSpa Inc, accusing the company and its spokeswoman of using deceptive business practices to sell the medicine.
The three have claimed they were injured by TrimSpa X32, which is already available over the counter in the U.S, though they haven’t specified just what the injuries are.
Maybe they just didn’t lose any weight?
This isn’t of course the first time that Anna Nicole Smith has been taken to court: her and her legal team managed to
postpone the January 23rd deadline by which she was expected to submit her daughter’s paternity test.
No doubt she’ll be back in the news again very soon…
