Even though Beyonce obviously gets heaps of exercise learning the choreography for her dance videos and concerts, she too has to target certain areas of the body to work those trouble spots. Her trainer, Marco Borges, revealed to Ok!
Magazine what Beyonce did to prepare her derriere for her musical extravaganza and wear that little red leotard and top hat on live national television. For the following exercises try to do three sets of 15 reps of each.

Reverse Lunge Press: Stand tall with your arms bent at the elbows. Then step one leg back into a lunge and raise arms overhead. Step up to the main position, and repeat with other leg.

Dumbbell Front Squat:
Using both hands, hold a single dumbbell out in front of you and then squat down being sure to not allow your knees to extend over your ankles. Then return to standing position.

Jumping Lunge: Start in lunge position with one leg forward and one leg back, then jump up in the air and switch legs simultaneously and land so that legs are now in reversed position.

These exercises are definitely going to burn, but it will be worth it come summer time! If you want to learn more from Beyonce’s trainer, check out his book titled, Power Moves.
