Heidi Montag turns fitness guru
Heidi Montag is trying yet another career – as a fitness guru.
The Hills star – who has already debuted a fashion line, launched an assault on the charts and camped in the jungle for America’s version of I’m A Celebrity – will be sharing her tips for staying in shape in The Heidi Workout, a downloadable workout series.
The reality TV star told People: “Staying fit is something I’m really passionate about – I work out with a strength and conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week.”
The series, which the 22-year-old star developed with trainer Chad Waterbury, will feature exercises and nutritional advice.
It’s not known whether it will feature Heidi’s Hills co-star and hubby Spencer Pratt.
